Terms of Service

By creating an account or using the Gevara platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including free-tier users, paid subscribers, and Enterprise customers. If you are using Gevara on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

Gevara is an AI-powered strategic consulting platform that uses large language models to generate structured business analysis, strategic reports, and advisory content based on inputs you provide. The Service includes: • AI-powered consulting sessions across 12 strategic domains • The Gevara Council™ — a multi-agent analysis system • Strategy Playbooks, KPI Tracker, and Trend Analysis • Expert Network access (where available) • Report sharing and export features

You must be at least 16 years old to create a Gevara account. You are responsible for: • Providing accurate and complete registration information • Maintaining the security of your account credentials • All activity that occurs under your account • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access at security@gevara.ai We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Gevara offers a free tier and paid subscription plans (Professional, Team, Enterprise). By subscribing to a paid plan: • You authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date • Annual plans are billed upfront for the full year • Prices may change with 30 days' notice via email Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time, except within the 7-day money-back guarantee window for new subscribers. 7-Day Guarantee: New paid subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of their first payment by emailing billing@gevara.ai.

You agree not to use Gevara to: • Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, or discriminatory • Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce our AI models or proprietary systems • Use the platform for any purpose that violates applicable laws • Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the platform • Share your account credentials with unauthorised parties (Team plan seats are per-named-user) • Circumvent usage limits or session quotas through technical means • Submit false, misleading, or fabricated business information to manipulate report outputs Violation of acceptable use terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

Your content: Any business information, questions, or data you submit to Gevara ("Your Content") remains yours. You grant Gevara a limited licence to process Your Content solely to provide the Service. Gevara content: All reports, analysis, and outputs generated by Gevara using your inputs are owned by you. You may use, share, and publish Gevara reports without restriction, provided you do not misrepresent them as originating from a human consultant. Gevara platform: The Gevara brand, software, codebase, AI architecture, and proprietary frameworks (including the Gevara Council™ methodology) are owned by Gevara, Inc. and protected by copyright and intellectual property law. You may not copy or reproduce them.

Gevara uses artificial intelligence to generate strategic analysis and recommendations. You acknowledge that: • AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information • Gevara reports are analytical tools, not professional legal, financial, or regulatory advice • You are solely responsible for any business decisions made based on Gevara outputs • Gevara does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of any report for a specific purpose • For decisions with significant financial, legal, or regulatory consequences, consult a qualified human professional Gevara is a strategic thinking tool. It augments human judgement — it does not replace it.

We treat your consulting session content as confidential. We do not: • Share your session inputs or report outputs with other users • Use your business data to train AI models without explicit consent • Sell your data to third parties See our Privacy Policy for full details on how your data is handled.

To the maximum extent permitted by law: • Gevara provides the Service "as is" without warranties of any kind • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages • Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim • We are not responsible for business outcomes resulting from decisions made based on Gevara reports Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability — in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Either party may terminate the relationship at any time: • You may cancel your account and delete your data at any time via Settings → Account • We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or for any reason with 30 days' notice (except in cases of serious violation, which may result in immediate termination) Upon termination, your access to the Service ends and your data will be deleted within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts. For Enterprise customers, dispute resolution terms may be modified in your Master Services Agreement.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes at least 30 days in advance via email or in-app notice. Your continued use of Gevara after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. For questions: legal@gevara.ai
